David H. Anderson

Chief Operating Officer

David Anderson has served on Centro Familia's board of directors since 2005.  He is the chief operating officer at the Bethesda law firm of Lerch, Early & Brewer and formerly an executive with Adventist HealthCare.  David earned a bachelor of science degree in management as well as an associates degree in accounting from Columbia Union College in Takoma Park, Maryland.  He is also a 2005 graduate of Leadership Montgomery where he now serves as chair of the audit committee.

Charlotte Jones Carroll

Retired World Bank

Charlotte Jones Carroll, Secretary of the Board, worked on Latin American economic development for over 30 years with AID and World Bank, before retiring in 2000.  She helped found two area child care centers in the 1980s and served on their boards.  She recently chaired the board of La Clinica del Pueblo, a DC immigrant health clinic, and serves on two other boards for human rights and women's education organizations. Charlotte has a B.A. in international studies from American University and an MPA from Princeton U.  She has specialized in finance, planning and budgeting and project analysis.
